Funding & Capital Requirements

This guide explains what to prepare before filling the Internal Project Contributor Dashboard funding plan. Start with the business requirement, then itemize it clearly.

Understand the three amounts

Capital RequirementThe project's funding need. The system calculates the authoritative incremental requirement from itemized costs and reserve inputs.
Required LiquidityThe amount determined and approved through ALBUKHR assessment. You do not choose it.
Verified LiquidityPi actually settled and verified through the controlled Mainnet treasury process.
Declaration vs. VerificationYour declared existing liquidity is context only until authoritative evidence exists.

What to prepare before filling the form

Do not start with a desired Pi amount.

Start with the business requirement. Build it item by item. The platform will calculate the authoritative capital requirement from the submitted information.

How to complete each dashboard field

Business StageDescribe the current stage. An operating project should not be presented as a startup merely to increase a request.
Funding PurposeState the business reason: expansion, working capital, equipment replacement, distribution, etc.
Funding ModeSelect Startup, Expansion, Working Capital, Replacement or Mixed.
Existing Asset BaseEstimate the value of useful productive assets already in the project. This is not automatic liquidity.
Declared Existing LiquidityEnter what you state is already available. It remains declared, not verified.
Declared Incremental CapitalYour reference estimate only. The system recalculates the authoritative requirement from itemized costs and reserves.
Funding WindowEnter the expected start and end dates for deployment.
Operating CycleNormal operating cycle in days, when applicable.
Expected Capital CycleExpected period for deployed capital to return or become reusable.
Required ReserveReserve genuinely needed to keep the project operating.
Contingency ReserveJustified contingency for foreseeable uncertainty.
NotesExplain assumptions, existing capacity, timing, risks and why important costs are necessary.

Itemized Funding Requirements

Use one cost line for each meaningful requirement.

Good submission rule: a reviewer should be able to understand what each amount is for without needing to guess.

Startup vs. Expansion

Startup

Use when establishing a new operation and building its initial base.

Expansion

Use when an existing project needs additional capacity, production, equipment, distribution or market reach.

What happens after submission?

  1. Save Draft: prepare and correct the plan.
  2. Submit for Assessment: send it into the controlled workflow.
  3. System Assessment: validate the plan and calculate capital/liquidity recommendation when the applicable policy is configured.
  4. Administrative Review: authorized reviewers approve or reject the capital requirement.
  5. Liquidity Approval: finance/internal administration approves the system recommendation, not an arbitrary amount.
  6. Treasury & Settlement: the exact remaining liquidity gap is settled through the controlled Mainnet process.
  7. Investment Gate: funding completion alone does not automatically activate investment.

  • My costs are itemized and consistent.
  • My funding mode matches the real purpose.
  • My reserves and contingency are justified.
  • My notes explain important assumptions.
  • I understand that ALBUKHR determines approved liquidity.
