You should notify ALBUKHR promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, identity misuse or suspicious activity. We may take reasonable security measures, including verification or temporary restrictions, where needed to protect users or the platform.
4. Platform Scope and Availability
ALBUKHR provides digital platform features related to project information, participation, investment-related workflows and ecosystem services, depending on what is available and enabled at the relevant time.
A page, project listing, button, description or roadmap does not by itself confirm that a service, payment channel, investment opportunity or transaction is active or available. Users must rely on the current status and instructions presented through the relevant official feature.
Features may be changed, restricted, suspended or withdrawn for operational, security, legal or other legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law and any specific commitments that apply to a service.
5. Projects, Applications and Governance
ALBUKHR may provide processes for submitting, reviewing, displaying or administering internal and external project information. A submission is not automatically approved, and a listing does not by itself mean that funding is open or that ALBUKHR guarantees the project's performance.
Project applicants are responsible for ensuring that the information and documents they submit are accurate, authorised and not misleading. Applicants must promptly notify ALBUKHR of material changes affecting an application or an approved project.
ALBUKHR uses governance and administrative review processes intended to support oversight, financial monitoring, operational control, transparency and accountability. Such processes do not eliminate all risks, guarantee that every statement by a project is true, or guarantee any project's commercial success.
6. Investment, Staking and Rewards
Participation in investment-related, staking or project-funding features is voluntary and may be subject to separate disclosures, eligibility conditions and project-specific terms. You should review those materials and understand the risks before deciding to participate.
Digital assets and real-world projects may involve market, liquidity, operational, technology, counterparty, regulatory and project-performance risks. The value of a digital asset may change, and you may lose some or all of the value committed.
Where a staking or rewards feature is actually offered, any rewards, calculation method, duration, eligibility conditions and withdrawal rules depend on the applicable feature rules and disclosures. Project performance may affect an outcome where those rules say so. No profit, reward, return, liquidity or protection of principal is guaranteed by these general terms.
Do not assume that a project listing creates an automatic investment relationship between you, ALBUKHR and the project owner. The rights and responsibilities for a particular participation must be established by the terms that apply to that participation and by applicable law.
7. Payments, Wallets and Transactions
A payment or transaction should only be initiated through an official feature that is expressly presented as available and enabled. These terms alone do not activate any payment method or confirm that a particular transaction can be completed.
Before confirming a transaction, users should check the asset, amount, recipient, network, applicable fees and any relevant terms shown in the official transaction flow. Do not send assets to an address or account based solely on an unofficial message or an unverified instruction.
Transactions processed through an external network or wallet provider may be subject to that provider's rules, network conditions, confirmation times and technical limitations. Some completed network transactions may be irreversible.
Do not assume that a payment is successful until the official interface or a relevant confirmation process indicates its status. If a transaction appears incorrect or unresolved, contact ALBUKHR using its official communication channel and provide the relevant non-secret reference details.
8. Fees, Network Costs and Taxes
Any platform charge, service fee or other amount payable should be disclosed through the relevant service or transaction terms before you commit, where required by law. Network or external provider fees may apply separately.
Users are responsible for understanding their own tax and reporting obligations arising from their activities, subject to applicable law. You should seek qualified professional advice when needed.
9. Risk Disclosure and Information
Information displayed on the platform is provided to help users understand relevant services or projects. Unless expressly stated in a separate written arrangement, it should not be treated as a personalised recommendation, legal opinion, tax opinion or guarantee of investment performance.
Past performance, projected results, estimates or statements from a project are not reliable guarantees of future outcomes. Users should make independent assessments and obtain qualified advice where appropriate before making significant decisions.
10. Security and Responsible Use
ALBUKHR applies or intends to apply appropriate security and access controls for its systems and services. No online platform can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted operation.
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with platform operations, probe systems without authorisation or misuse another person's account or information.
11. Prohibited Activities
When using ALBUKHR, you must not:
- Commit fraud, misrepresentation, deception or other unlawful acts.
- Attempt unauthorised access, hacking, disruption or circumvention of security controls.
- Submit forged, misleading, stolen or unauthorised information, business records or project documents.
- Use the platform to violate another person's rights or applicable laws.
- Misuse the platform, interfere with other users, or attempt to manipulate project, investment or governance processes.
We may review suspected violations and take proportionate action where permitted by law.
12. Project Submissions and User Content
You retain any rights you lawfully hold in material you submit. By submitting material for a platform feature, you authorise ALBUKHR to receive, store, review and use it to operate that feature, assess an application, provide requested services, maintain records and meet applicable obligations.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the material. Do not upload confidential information belonging to another person without authority or provide information that is unlawful, misleading or infringing.
Uploading a logo, document or other project material does not automatically transfer ownership of that material to ALBUKHR or grant ownership of the ALBUKHR brand to the uploader.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, ALBUKHR's platform design, branding, software, text and other original materials are owned by or used with permission by their respective rights holders.
You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and within the permissions provided. You must not copy, modify, redistribute or exploit protected material in a way that infringes applicable rights or the relevant licence.
14. Privacy and Third-Party Services
Our handling of personal data is described in the ALBUKHR Privacy Policy . Please review that policy to understand the categories of information that may be processed, the purposes of processing and your applicable rights.
Some features may rely on third-party services, including Pi Network, wallet or network services, and technical infrastructure providers. Those services may have their own terms, privacy notices, fees, availability conditions and technical limitations.
ALBUKHR does not control every independent act or system of an external provider. This does not remove any responsibility that ALBUKHR has under applicable law.
15. Account Suspension and Termination
ALBUKHR may restrict, suspend or terminate access where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these terms have been violated, the platform is at risk, unlawful activity is suspected, information needs verification or a legal requirement applies.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, we will provide information about the restriction or a way to request review. Immediate action may be necessary to protect users, assets, records or the platform. Suspension does not automatically cancel separate obligations or determine the outcome of a pending transaction or project.
16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and its general information are provided subject to availability and may contain interruptions, errors or delays. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or any particular commercial or investment outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, ALBUKHR is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, third-party service interruptions or project outcomes outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Nothing in this section replaces a separate written agreement or mandatory legal protection that applies to a particular service or transaction.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the platform, services, operational practices or legal requirements.
Where a change is material, we will take appropriate steps to provide notice when required by law or the relevant service terms. The revised version should identify its version or revision date. If separate consent is legally required, simply continuing to use the platform does not replace that consent.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are to be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, including the laws that apply to ALBUKHR and the relevant service. Any governing-law or dispute-resolution provision must be reviewed and finalised before this draft is formally adopted.
